Job Summary
The Backyard Bunch birthday hero member is responsible for using the policies and procedures of Ollie Koala’s Backyard for making the birthday experience the best value to the guests to ensure repeat visits. You must be able to report to work on time and maintain a clean professional appearance at all time. Following company policies and procedures is required. Quality guest service is important; the guests come first.

Essential Functions:

• Total guest service
• Operate POS terminal
• Deliver and serve beverages
• Deliver and serve food and cake
• Entertain children
• Operate party do company guidelines
• Interact with and involve children to make the party exciting

Additional Responsibilities:

• Deliver food
• Clean tables
• Prep food for salad bar
• Maintain salad bar
• Serve ice cream
• Maintain fixing bar
• Stock all supplies needed

• Slice Deli meats (18 or older)

The Backyard Bunch security member, is the most important you are responsible for using the policies and procedures of Ollie Koala’s Backyard to ensure that every family that comes together leaves together to ensure repeat guests. You must be able to report to work on time and maintain a clean professional appearance at all time. Following company policies and procedures is required. Essential Functions:

• Stay at position (never leave unattended)
• Greet guests (professionally and exciting)
• Stamp every person that enters
• Check every person that leaves
• You are the first and last impression make it a memorable one for good reasons
