Back Yard Bunch (Kitchen)

Working in the kitchen is a key role at Ollie Koala’s. Working in the kitchen requires you to follow company policies and procedures, and be able to follow food preparation guidelines. Kitchen workers prepare all guest meals and are responsible for the operation and cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment.

Essential Functions:

1. Make and roll out pizza dough (18 years old).
2. Slice deli meats (18 years old).
3. Make pizza.
4. Make sandwiches.
5. Prepare meals.
