Back Yard Bunch (Birthday Hero)

A bright and friendly attitude is especially important for Birthday Hero’s. Birthday Hero’s are responsible for all of our birthday parties. Hero’s interact with the whole birthday party and must pay special attention to the needs of the Birthday Child. Birthday Hero’s provide total guest service and as a result are also able to receive gratuities from the parties they service. Following company policies and procedures is very important in this position.

Essential Functions:

1. Provide total guest service.
2. Operate POS terminal.
3. Entertain children.
4. Deliver and serve beverages.
5. Deliver and serve food and cake.
6. Set up and tear down birthday party decorations.
